The Gratitude Closing: the year-end company event, at sea

Almost every company closes the year with a dinner. The Gratitude Closing proposes the same thing — thanking the team, celebrating what was achieved — but on a boat, with real space for recognition and none of the noise of a restaurant full of other tables.

How the event is structured

The day combines sailing, anchoring in a quiet cove, and a dinner or cocktail on board. We build in a dedicated moment for recognition — internal awards, mentions, a speech — in a setting far less formal than a hotel function room.

Group size and fleet

Depending on numbers, we can use a single boat or combine several from the fleet sailing together. It is common for teams of 15 to 60 people; for larger groups, we check availability in advance.
