Breathwork & Open Water: guided breathing before a swim in open water
Breathwork & Open Water combines two simple things: a guided conscious-breathing session and, right after, a swim in open water. The order matters — the breathing prepares body and mind to enter the water in a different state, not as just another afternoon swim.

The session, step by step
We start with the boat anchored in calm water, in an area with no current. The breathing session lasts 30 to 45 minutes, guided by the facilitator; afterwards, the group enters the water gradually, always supervised by the crew.
Safety and group size
We cap the group at 20 people so the facilitator can stay close to each participant, both during the breathing and when entering the water. No prior breathwork experience is needed.
Frequently asked questions
Do participants need prior breathing-technique experience?
No, the facilitator guides the whole session step by step and adapts the pace to the group.
Why is the group capped at 20 people?
So the facilitator can stay close to each participant during both the breathing and the water entry.
